Clay is 23 years old, raised in Lacey Washington. He is currently working towards an Associates in Welding Technology. Clay began welding at the start of her degree path as a means of working towards a good career, and has since embraced the skills learned in class; applying them to personal projects in addition to class assignments. These fabrications represent her found love of welding as well as creativity and investment in the things that matter most in her life. Business signs for a neighbor, weed wrenches to remove invasive plants, a shooting gong for target practice, and a boat rack for kayaks.

Kyle and Clay, both born and raised in the great state of Washington! Kyle and Clay are seeking an Associates in Welding Technology. Kyle began welding in his mid twenties after 6 years working in a glass factory. This trailer frame represents SPSCC’s welding program and the hard work of Kyle and Clay.
